Graduated from the University of Panama as a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is an active member of the College of Certified Public Accountants of Panama. He has a Master in Taxation in 2009 from the Specialized University of the Certified Public Accountant. Transfer Pricing Course, given by the Inter-American Center of Tax Administrations (CIAT) and studies in International Taxation from the International University of La Rioja (Spain).

Is member of the Panamanian Institute of Taxation of Panama, International Fiscal Association (IFA).

He has more than 30 years of experience in business consulting and financial audit, due-diligence, internal control evaluation, internal audit acquired at BDO, Arthur Andersen - Young & Young and Camero, Camero &Asociados.

He has participated in audits of important clients, such as Grupo H.Tzanetatos, Gas Natural Fenosa, I.D.A.A.N., Compañía Azucarera La Estrella, Industrias Lácteas, S.A., Colon Free Zone companies and IDB projects, World Bank. Additionally, he has written articles in magazines related to the topic of Transfer Pricing.
